Common questions

These answers are meant to create clarity before a project gains momentum.

What does architect-led design-build mean?

It means design leadership stays strong while buildability, pricing, and field coordination are engaged early enough to shape the project.

Do you only work on new homes?

No. We also work on renovations, restorations, guest houses, family compounds, and select boutique commercial spaces.

Can you work in more than one region?

Yes. The process adapts to Bozeman, Jackson Hole, Park City, the Colorado Rockies, the Eastern Seaboard, and other location-specific contexts.

When should we reach out?

As early as possible. The first useful conversation can happen before land purchase, before a final budget is set, or before a design direction has been chosen.

How do you approach reclaimed materials?

We plan them early, use them selectively, and coordinate sourcing and detailing so they strengthen the architecture rather than complicate it.

What information is helpful for the first conversation?

Property location, project type, whether the work is new or existing, broad timing, and any priorities or concerns you already know.

Still weighing the options?

Send us a few details about the property and what you are trying to accomplish. We will help you identify the most useful next step.
